Authentic Tuscan Experience
An “authentic Italian experience” is a term used loosely and as the world gets smaller and smaller, authentic experiences become available to anyone and everyone. However… last October, I had a truly wonderful experience in Tuscany, one that is normally exclusive only to those who have Tuscan blood running through their veins. Although I’ve traveled to Italy over 35 times in my life, this was an experience that I told myself again and again while being there this past Fall, how much I wished I could show my friends and family what it was we were doing. At the time, I knew I was very fortunate and most likely would never have an experience quite like it again.
I shared my appreciation and how surreal my experience was with the Baracchi family, my dear friends and hosts in country. The experience and subsequent conversations we had led to an opportunity that I would now like to share with you.
This year will be the first year that we are attempting to open the doors to what is usually only experienced by Italian aristocracy, generations upon generations of Italian families and\or a select few who live in the heart of Tuscany. This Fall, I have been given the privilege of organizing 3 separate groups of 8-10 people per group to go back and do it again. Hunters and non-hunters need to seriously consider at the very least, learning more about the following all inclusive details (airfare not included) for this 7 day experience (9 days if you include arrival day and departure day); not limited to the following:
Round trip Chauffeured transportation to and from Florence or Rome airports
Full accommodations at a Relais & Chateaux “Il Falconiere”.
Unlimited Spa use
3 meals a day prepared by Michelin Star Chef Silvia Baracchi & Team. Il Falconiere holds a Michelin Star
Locanda del Molino (the Baracchi family has a wonderful Italian country style restaurant in an old semolina mill just 10 minutes from the hotel)
Room service
Daily beverage service and wine tasting at your convenience overlooking the hills of Tuscany
Winemaking by Ricardo and Benedetto Baracchi
Cooking Classes
Private Tours of surrounding Siena and Florence
Direct access to shop at local designers (Fendi, Ferragamo, Prada, etc.)
For bird hunting: use of world class shotguns provided by Beretta Italy
Beretta accessories and gear
4 to 5 days of hunting; pheasant, pigeon, woodcock, partridge, duck and a wild boar option as well
I encourage you to visit the website of where we will be staying: https://www.ilfalconiere.it/en/
This will be the first time this has ever been offered at Il Falconiere so we will be pulling out all of the stops. This is also a very rare opportunity and is not available to outsiders.
Please feel free to ask questions. You can call the hotel directly if you’d like.
I will be there.
Cheers,
Noe Landini
