Letter of Thanks Regarding Cigar Inventory

Dear CXIIIREX Members,

We would like to update and thank everyone for their assistance in mitigating the loss prevention issues with our walk-in humidor. We believed that the issues with the systemic decrease in sales and sustained trend in cost of goods sold was directly related to unsupervised guests helping themselves to our retail cigar selections. Your efforts in employing club policy that members must always accompany their guests has made a profound impact on this problem. I am happy to report that the 60 day trial went well and that our cigar sales are in line with our cost of goods sold. Thank you for being mindful of this issue and for paying closer attention to your guests. Our staff will continue to monitor the walk-in humidor as well. Together, I hope to continue being diligent so that we can ensure that the open humidor privilege remains at our leisure for years to come.
